This role is initially being offered on a 24 month (maternity cover) contract basis, with the possibility of extension.
As CRM Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, evaluating and optimising automated and one-off email campaigns to increase customer engagement & retention. You will report to the Head of CRM and work together with colleagues throughout the entire organisation on a case-by-case basis.
Situated in the marketing department, Instapro Group’s CRM Team is responsible for email marketing campaigns for tradespeople and homeowners in our six European markets. We collaborate closely with our colleagues in the product team on transactional email and push campaigns along the entire customer lifecycle; from onboarding to retention & reactivation.

Your role includes the following:
Implementing transactional & marketing email campaigns for tradespeople and homeowners including template creation, building workflows & testing
Segmentation and personalisation
Tracking & reporting of KPI
A/B testing and optimisation of CRM cycles and email campaigns
Collaborating with relevant teams such as product, data engineering, UX, operations, brand marketing & analytics to make new campaigns possible
