Job description

The Instapro Group is recruiting a Customer Service Representative to join the Operations department within its Dutch office Werkspot.nl.


Je komt terecht in een multidisciplinair team dat tot doel heeft een kwaliteitsvolle dienstverlening aan onze klanten te garanderen en te zorgen voor een optimale ervaring op ons platform. Met een combinatie van kantoor aan huis en gedeelde kantoordagen zorgen wij voor een regelmatige uitwisseling en een prettige balans tussen werk en privé.

U voert deze opdrachten zelfstandig en in samenwerking met andere diensten uit.


Na een technische en praktische onboarding zijn uw opdrachten de volgende:

  • Behandel verzoeken van klanten op alle communicatiekanalen

  • Ontvangst en beantwoording van vragen van klanten via verschillende kanalen (e-mail, contactformulier, telefoon)

  • Uitgaande gesprekken voeren om onze klanten te helpen ons platform te gebruiken

  • Beheer en valideer klantdossiers via Salesforce en zorg ervoor dat de doelstellingen, procedures en deadlines van je teamleider worden gehaald

  • Je geeft feedback over de efficiëntie van de klantenservice processen

  • Zorg voor zichtbaarheid en transparantie van je dagelijkse werk voor je teamleider

  • De klantenservice is geopend van maandag tot en met vrijdag

Job requirements

  • Minimaal een afgeronde MBO-4 opleiding

  • Minimaal 2 jaar (fulltime) relevante telefonische service/verkoopervaring

  • Commercieel, klantvriendelijk, professioneel en resultaatgericht

  • Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden (Nederlands en Engels)

  • Allround sterk in administratieve en organisatorische zaken

  • Uitstekende algemene computerkennis (Word, Excel en Salesforce) en internetvaardigheden

  • Ervaring om vanuit social webcare te reageren op openbare vragen en klachten

  • Je bent stressbestendig en vindt het geen probleem om in piekmomenten je steentje bij te dragen

  • Je bent een echte teamplayer en staat klaar voor je collega’s. Je vraagt of je kan helpen en vraagt om hulp als dat nodig is

  • Je deinst niet terug voor een pittig gesprek of mail en krijgt voldoening om zo’n gesprek of mail positief op te lossen

  • Je bent een echte doorzetter en niets kan jou van je pad af krijgen

Do you offer remote work?

You need to already be based in one of our office locations or be willing to relocate to one of them.

We have a hybrid-work policy, which means that it’s up to you whether you prefer to work onsite or feel more comfortable working from home. However, in some roles, we might be looking for people living in the same region. You can have a look at what locations we are active in via the button below.

Do you offer a relocation package and visa sponsorship?

Yes and yes.

For applicants relocating to our German or Dutch offices, we provide financial relocation assistance and step-by-step guidance to support you in your relocation journey.

We also provide visa sponsorship for our German and Dutch offices. Currently, visa sponsorship for the French office is not possible.

What does an interviewing process generally look like?

Our interviewing processes can slightly differ depending on the department. The three things that are consistent across every process are a talk with the hiring manager in the early phase of the process, a team interview in the middle, and a culture interview at a later phase of the process.
