Job description

You will join a multidisciplinary team whose aim is to guarantee a quality service to our customers and to ensure an optimal experience on our platform. With a combination of a home office and shared office days, we ensure a regular exchange and a pleasant balance between work and private life.

You will become a member of a team with 12 motivated individuals ready to help you onboard and share some fun during the office days (once per week mandatory - Tuesdays).

You carry out these assignments independently and in collaboration with other services.


Your role includes the following: 

  • Making outgoing calls to help our customers use our platform and collect valuable data

  • Onboard new tradespeople: collect surveys, documents, and guide our customers on how to use our platform (essentially via phone)

  • Handle customer requests across all communication channels

  • Receiving and answering customer questions through various channels (email, contact form, telephone)

  • Manage and validate customer records through Salesforce and ensure your team goals, procedures, and deadlines are met

  • You provide feedback on the efficiency of customer service processes

  • Ensure visibility and transparency of your daily work for your team leader

Job requirements

  • At least a completed MBO-4 training
  • Minimum 2 years (full-time) relevant telephone service/sales experience
  • Excellent oral and written skills (Dutch and English)
  • Sharing information and asking questions via the phone comes easy to you
  • Customer-friendly, professional and result-oriented
  • Strong in administrative and organizational matters
  • Excellent general computer and internet knowledge (Word, Excel and Salesforce)
  • You are stress-resistant and have no problem contributing during peak times
  • You are a real team player. You ask your colleagues if you can help and ask for help if needed
  • You do not shy away from a tough conversation or email and get satisfaction from solving such a conversation positively
  • You are a real go-getter and nothing can get you off your path

Do you offer remote work?

You need to already be based in one of our office locations or be willing to relocate to one of them.

We have a hybrid-work policy, which means that it’s up to you whether you prefer to work onsite or feel more comfortable working from home. However, in some roles, we might be looking for people living in the same region. You can have a look at what locations we are active in via the button below.

Do you offer a relocation package and visa sponsorship?

Yes and yes.

For applicants relocating to our German or Dutch offices, we provide financial relocation assistance and step-by-step guidance to support you in your relocation journey.

We also provide visa sponsorship for our German and Dutch offices. Currently, visa sponsorship for the French office is not possible.

What does an interviewing process generally look like?

Our interviewing processes can slightly differ depending on the department. The three things that are consistent across every process are a talk with the hiring manager in the early phase of the process, a team interview in the middle, and a culture interview at a later phase of the process.
