Je komt te werken in een multidisciplinair team dat als doel heeft onze klanten kwalitatieve service te garanderen en een optimale beleving te bieden. Met de combinatie van thuiswerken en naar kantoor gaan, garanderen wij een regelmatige afwisseling en balans tussen het werk en privéleven.
Je wordt onderdeel van een team met 12 gemotiveerde mensen die klaar staan om je te verwelkomen en te helpen met het inwerken en om plezier te maken tijdens de kantoordagen (één keer per week verplicht op de dinsdagen). Je voert je taken in grote mate zelfstandig uit en je werkt nauw samen met andere afdelingen.
Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit het volgende:
Klanten bellen die ons platform gebruiken en tegelijk verzamel je kwalitatieve informatie om ons platform telkens weer een beetje beter te maken.
Onboard telefonisch nieuwe vakmensen: verzamel enquêtes, documenten en begeleidt je klanten hoe ze het platform moeten gebruiken.
Behandel klant verzoeken via alle communicatiekanalen.
Beantwoordt vragen van klanten via verschillende kanalen (email, contactformulier, telefoon).
Beheer en valideer de klantgegevens via ons CRM-systeem Salesforce. Je draagt zorg voor het behalen van de doelstellingen, procedures en het halen van deadlines.
Je zorgt voor feedback over de efficiëntie van onze klantenservice processen en hoe die te verbeteren.
Draagt zorg voor de zichtbaarheid en transparantie van je dagelijkse taken aan je teamleider.
MBO-4 opleiding - voordeel pre
Minimaal 1 jaar fulltime telefonische ervaring (sales/ customer service).
Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands en Engels
Het delen van informatie en het stellen van vragen via de telefoon is makkelijk voor je.
Je bent klantvriendelijk, professioneel en resultaatgericht.
Je bent sterk in administratieve en organisatorische taken.
Je beschikt over uitstekende algemene computer en internet kennis (Word, Excel en Salesforce).
Je bent stressbestendig en je hebt er geen problemen mee om tijdens piekuren een extra steentje bij te dragen.
Je bent een echte teamplayer en je stelt vragen aan je collega’s of je ze ergens mee kan helpen maar vraagt ook om hulp als jij dat nodig hebt.
Je deinst niet terug voor een pittig gesprek aan de telefoon of email en bent pas tevreden als je het gesprek hebt afgesloten met een positief eindresultaat.
Je bent een echte doorzetter.

We have a hybrid-work policy, which means that it’s up to you whether you prefer to work onsite or feel more comfortable working from home. However, in some roles, we might be looking for people living in the same region. You can have a look at what locations we are active in via the button below.

For applicants relocating to our German or Dutch offices, we provide financial relocation assistance and step-by-step guidance to support you in your relocation journey.
We also provide visa sponsorship for our German and Dutch offices. Currently, visa sponsorship for the French office is not possible.

Our interviewing processes can slightly differ depending on the department. The three things that are consistent across every process are a talk with the hiring manager in the early phase of the process, a team interview in the middle, and a culture interview at a later phase of the process.
