Job description

We are seeking an HR Manager for a seven-month fixed-term contract.

You will be part of an international HR Team of 10 professionals in our 4 locations (Aix, Amsterdam, Berlin, and London) and report to the European VP of HR, who is located in the UK. We offer a flexible hybrid working environment so that you can split your time between home and office in Aix-en-Provence (La Duranne).

You will be the main contact person for our French team members on all HR-related topics and will work closely with the HR & Payroll Officer in France.

Your role includes the following:

  • Responsible for the full HR life cycle of the Aix-en-Provence employees, including onboarding, contract management and offboarding
  • Serving as HR consultant on all people topics and employment matters, partnering with managers and employees
  • Working alongside the European HR team, helping to implement the European HR strategy
  • And last but not least, managing the monthly work council meetings and organising the professional elections, which will take place this autumn, with the support of an external electronic voting service provider

Job requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in French HR with proven experience in an international technology environment
  • Strong knowledge of French labor law
  • A significant experience in social relations (CSE) management is mandatory for this position
  • A hands-on allrounder who enjoys a mixture of operational topics, project management and business partnering
  • Excellent in French and English, both written and spoken

You need to already be based in one of our office locations or be willing to relocate to one of them.

Yes and yes.

For applicants relocating to our German or Dutch offices, we provide financial relocation assistance and step-by-step guidance to support you in your relocation journey.

We also provide visa sponsorship for our German and Dutch offices. Currently, visa sponsorship for the French office is not possible.

What does an interviewing process generally look like?

Our interviewing processes can slightly differ depending on the department.
