We’re seeking an experienced Head of Performance Marketing - Paid Social to join our team and drive our paid acquisition efforts across our European markets, including the UK, Netherlands, Germany, France, Austria, Italy, Canada, and future expansion markets.
Our paid acquisition teams are responsible for acquiring tradespeople and homeowners for our marketplaces across Europe and Canada, ensuring that both sides of our marketplace receive the best possible experience. These highly data-driven teams at Instapro work closely with our technology and creative teams to measure business impact and develop the most effective creative strategies for success.
This position will lead all Paid Social, Display, and Video Advertising efforts, with the opportunity to explore additional non-search paid channels such as Connected TV and Streaming Audio. Reporting to the VP of Marketing and managing a team of three performance marketing managers, this role is part of the broader marketing team, which operates across all brands and geographies. With the freedom to work with budgets that grow with your success, you'll have the chance to craft testing roadmaps, refine creative approaches, and guide the team towards meeting and exceeding our goals.

Your role includes the following:
Lead the development and implementation of our advertising strategies and campaigns across all non-search channels in the UK, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Austria, and Canada.
Manage and lead a team of three.
Continuously analyze and guide the team in optimizing campaign performance to ensure maximum results across Paid Social, Display-, Video Advertising and other platforms such as Connected TV and Streaming Audio.
Collaborate with the Brand team to develop cutting-edge creative tailored to drive maximum performance with our target audiences.
Work closely with the AdTech team to ensure end-to-end tracking and accurate incrementality measurement.
Drive the discovery and expansion into untapped social media channels, tailoring strategies to enhance engagement.
Develop and oversee a testing strategy to deliver data-driven insights for refining targeting, messaging, and advertising formats.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and digital marketing innovations to identify growth opportunities.
