We have a fantastic new opening within our Pan-European Performance marketing team. We are looking for a PPC/SEM Specialist, who will help us take our French business (Travaux.com) to the next level.

You will be managing large high budget PPC accounts dedicated to the French market (both for homeowners and for tradespeople) whilst being involved in granular optimization and overall SEM/PPC strategy planning.

You will be working alongside a Senior Performance Marketer both for the French market and for other markets we operate in (UK; Germany; Netherlands and Italy). You will join a big Pan European team of seasoned and accomplished Performance marketers on the mission to change how people hire tradespeople and how tradespeople find work.

Your primary focus will be the French search market but you will also support other countries and will have exposure to other acquisition channels if desired or required for the role.

Your core responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management, creation and optimization of SEM campaigns on Google and Bing

  • Deep and extensive work on biddings, ad copy, and continuous build-out of the accounts (keyword research, SQRs, negatives, etc.)

  • Conduct continuous A/B testing; translate results into actionable insights

  • It’s all about ROAS, CPAs, and CAC - you are in charge and should enjoy working with numbers and data and be driven by performance

  • You’ll work with the wider Marketing team, Product and UX people ensuring we deliver the best user experience possible for both homeowners and tradespeople coming to Travaux.com.

Job requirements

  • Native in French and professional in English

  • Minimal 1-year experience operating Google Adwords

  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads Manager and core principles of paid search

  • Basic level experience with tools like Google Analytics and Google tag manager (not a must but desirable)

  • Numbers, data, logic, performance, ROAS are words you enjoy, driven by and confident with

  • You are collaborative, open minded and have strong communication skills

Do you offer remote work?

You need to already be based in one of our office locations or be willing to relocate to one of them.

We have a hybrid-work policy, which means that it’s up to you whether you prefer to work onsite or feel more comfortable working from home. However, in some roles, we might be looking for people living in the same region. You can have a look at what locations we are active in via the button below.

Do you offer a relocation package and visa sponsorship?

Yes and yes.

For applicants relocating to our German or Dutch offices, we provide financial relocation assistance and step-by-step guidance to support you in your relocation journey.

We also provide visa sponsorship for our German and Dutch offices. Currently, visa sponsorship for the French office is not possible.

What does an interviewing process generally look like?
