Job description

Open in all locations: France, Germany, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of our centralised communication platform that empowers all customer-facing teams to engage seamlessly with our users through various communication channels, including email, SMS, and push notifications. By driving the success of our Communication Architecture Team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience and delivering substantial value to both our internal teams and external customers. The ideal candidate for this role is a tech-savvy advocate who works with a lean mindset and is eager to work closely with different cross-functional teams to shape and to execute the roadmap.


Your role includes the following

  • Work with a team of engineers and a service designer to provide and maintain outbound customer communication functionality to our internal teams

  • Identify integration opportunities, define integration requirements, coordinate and prioritise development efforts, and monitor integration performance. Focus on orchestrating the connection between different systems, whether they are third-party applications, internal tools, or APIs

  • Ensure the team's solutions are compliant, scalable, flexible and performant to evolving business requirements and technology vision

  • Analyse data and user behaviour and make sure that the right KPIs and metrics are defined and measured

  • Extrapolate learnings from data and use those to support and guide customer facing Product Managers to achieve evidence-based decision making

  • Clearly communicate the requirements and acceptance criteria and present progress and results within our organisation

  • Discuss ideas, experiences and learnings with peers inside the Instapro Group


Job requirements

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in digital product management

  • You have a proven track record of building successful products that generate positive value for customers and the business

  • You live and promote lean ways of product development, know concepts like MVP and A/B tests by heart and employ them in your daily work

  • Experience with cross-channel marketing and transactional platform (e.g. Iterable) is a big plus

  • You drive your immediate team forward and show a hands-on attitude in everything you do

  • You have a solid technical knowledge. While experience as a developer is not required, it would be considered a big plus

  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, both in written and oral form, which enable you to work well with people of different backgrounds in distributed and hybrid organisational setup with emphasis on a-synchronous information flows
