Job description

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead Tradespeople Acquisition efforts across all the markets where Instapro Group is operating. In this position, you will be playing a crucial role in helping Instapro Group deliver satisfactory service to its customers -who want to hire the tradespeople - by ensuring the supply growth and availability for their needs.


You will achieve this with your cross-functional team of engineers, designers, product analysts, and UX researchers and by collaborating closely with colleagues from marketing, sales, and customer service.


The ideal candidate for this role is a data-driven, strategic person who works with a lean mindset and is eager to work closely with different cross-functional teams to shape and to execute the roadmap.

Your role includes the following:

  • You will be leading the product efforts for a team composed of back-end & front-end engineers, a Product designer, supported by a product analyst and a UX researcher

  • You will define key problems to solve and deliver impactful product solutions thanks to your thorough understanding of our customers' problems, their needs, business challenges, market trends, and competition & technology capabilities

  • You will build products within your team with a focus on maximizing the engagement and retention of tradespeople on our platform

  • You will liaise with stakeholders, such as sales, operations and/or marketing, to develop all-rounded strategies to define offers and drive a product launch

  • You will use lean product methodologies using data and user feedback to ideate, deliver and measure the impact of product changes to improve

Job requirements

  • You love to identify the opportunities, turn those into simple solutions

  • You are data-driven and have a user-centric mindset

  • You are a strong problem solver and communicator

  • You have 4+ years of product management experience

  • Experience in the Acquisition teams is a plus, but not required

  • You live and promote lean ways of product development, know concepts like MVP and A/B tests by heart and employ them in your daily work

  • You are able to explain complex topics in a simple way

  • You speak English fluently and you want to work in an international and distributed team

You need to based in one of our office locations or be willing to relocate to one of them.

We have a hybrid-work model, which means that it’s up to you whether you prefer to work onsite or feel more comfortable working from home.
