We are looking for a Senior Pricing and Performance Analyst to join our Commercial & Analytics team who will help us to optimize and implement our pricing strategies, along with analyzing our marketplace performance for continuous improvement. In this role, you will work on pricing strategy & analysis as well as support the performance marketing and product teams to optimize opportunities for sustainable growth.
We are a highly data-driven company and this role is a great opportunity to have a direct impact on our commercial strategies. This role reports to the Director of Marketing and Marketplace Analytics and is a part of the marketing team, which operates across all brands and geographies. The role can be based out of any of our 4 office locations: Aix-en-Provence, Amsterdam, Berlin and London.
Your role includes the following:
Optimize and implement pricing strategies that drive profitability and growth
Analyze pricing data and identify opportunities that are aligned with the needs of the marketplace
Proactively look for commercial opportunities to answer key questions about our customers with data that will drive the business forward
Support the Performance Marketing team acquisition strategies
Work closely with product teams to provide insights on pricing, subscription etc. to improve marketplace performance
Own and communicate key results of analysis to relevant teams and senior management
6+ years of experience in pricing or data analytics roles
Experienced with pricing analysis, preferably in a two-sided marketplace
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Proficiency in SQL and Google Sheets/Excel
Experienced working with BI tools like Looker
Collaborative with good communication skills
Professional English language skills
