Job description

As a Senior Product Manager for one of our customer facing teams, you will be responsible for one part of the customer journey of our two-sided marketplaces. In particular, your work will help tradespeople become more successful and will help bring in the benefits of working with our product for an extended period of time. To achieve these goals, you will work in a cross-functional team of engineers and designers supported by a product analyst and UX researcher. You will also collaborate closely with colleagues from marketing, sales, and customer service.


Your role includes the following:

  • You will be leading the product efforts for a team composed of backend & front-end engineers, a UX designer, supported by product analyst, an agile coach and a UX researcher

  • Together with your team you will continuously discover opportunities to further improve our business and customer value and will derive solution approaches to prioritize

  • You will define key problems to solve and deliver impactful product solutions through your understanding of our customer’s problems / needs, business challenges, market trends and competition and technology capabilities

  • You will improve key performance indicators and metrics by enhancing our product experience

  • You identify stakeholders, build solid relationships and align expectations with operations and/or marketing

  • You will use lean product development methodologies using data and user feedback to ideate, deliver and measure the impact of product changes

  • You will drive early validation of ideas and discovery by data analytics, research and A/B tests and further methodologies as needed

Job requirements

  • You love to turn business needs into opportunities and simple solutions that create customer value

  • You are a strong problem solver and and an even stronger communicator

  • You are data driven, are able to analyse problems deeply and can combine insights with a user centric mindset

  • You have 5+ years of product management experience

  • You are able to explain complex topics in a simple way

  • You speak English fluently and you want to work in an international and distributed team

  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Experience in home services, B2B2C, tech experience, business experience, or a track record in driving user adoption and retention in marketplaces is a plus

You need to already be based in one of our office locations or be willing to relocate to one of them.

We have a hybrid-work policy, which means that it’s up to you whether you prefer to work onsite or feel more comfortable working from home. However, in some roles, we might be looking for people living in the same region. You can have a look at what locations we are active in via the button below.

Do you offer a relocation package and visa sponsorship?

Yes and yes.

For applicants relocating to our German or Dutch offices, we provide financial relocation assistance and step-by-step guidance to support you in your relocation journey.

We also provide visa sponsorship for our German and Dutch offices. Currently, visa sponsorship for the French office is not possible.

What does an interviewing process generally look like?

Our interviewing processes can slightly differ depending on the department.
