We are currently in search of an experienced SEO Manager to join our SEO team. The primary focus of this role is to enhance our company's organic search rankings through effective search engine optimization techniques across Instapro's portfolio.
As the SEO Manager, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of crafting and optimising superior content to enhance search engine rankings and drive traffic to the Instapro websites. You will have strong technical SEO acumen, expertise in identifying target keywords, developing strategies, and working with cross-functional teams will be essential to our success. You will be a driving force in analysing data, tracking the success of campaigns, and communicating results to senior business leaders.
Your role includes the following:
Proactively devise and implement innovative SEO strategies and initiatives in conjunction with the Director of SEO
Lead and oversee a team of three SEO specialists across 6 markets
Foster collaboration and establish effective workflows with product and content teams to ensure successful implementation of targeted improvements
Identify and implement enhanced methods of cooperation with other teams, such as conducting SEO workshops and developing streamlined processes
Deliver regular, comprehensive data analysis, including ad-hoc reports, post-campaign analysis, and commentary on performance
Take charge of our SEO optimization endeavors by formulating and rigorously testing data-backed hypotheses using testing tools
Effectively communicate performance outcomes to senior business leaders, offering actionable insights
Collaborate with outreach and digital PR teams to execute impactful link-building campaigns
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in SEO and content marketing, actively sharing knowledge and insights with internal teams
A strong understanding of SEO and demonstrable success, ideally in a fast-paced Sass organisation
4+ years of experience in an SEO role, with management experience
Ability to work autonomously and own projects from start to finish
Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise and manage a large workload
Knowledge of SEO tools such as Screaming frog/ Google Analytics / SEMrush / Ahrefs / Google Search Console, Majestic etc
Data driven and ability to contextualize complex data

Highly competitive salary package (£60.000 - £70.000 depending on experience)
