We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team at Instapro Group. In this role, you will be the primary recruiter for all customer service positions in the UK, the Netherlands, Germany, and France. You will from time to time be asked to help with other roles as well. 


Your role includes the following:

  • Partnering with hiring managers; creating and executing an effective hiring strategy per role and location 

  • Sourcing potential candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms

  • Managing the full recruitment cycle for organic and sourced candidates

  • Ensuring a great recruitment experience for the candidates and the hiring team

  • Participating in crucial decisions about candidates

  • Helping identify areas of improvement in the hiring process

  • Using our ATS (Recruitee) effectively

  • Helping build a strong employer brand (both online and offline)

Job requirements

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills. You can build trust with both candidates and managers quickly

  • You have 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in Customer service roles, ideally across multiple locations across Europe

    • Experience hiring roles in other functions is a plus 

  • You have experience in partnering with hiring managers and executing recruiting strategies

  • You are well-versed in sourcing candidates on LinkedIn

  • You understand that recruitment is not about how many screenings you do but about managing the entire recruitment process effectively

  • You are fast-paced and can adapt to changing circumstances quickly 

  • You have excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
    • Dutch/French/German language skills are a plus

  • You have experience using ATS systems (we use Recruitee)

You need to based in one of our office locations or be willing to relocate to one of them.

We have a hybrid-work model, which means that it’s up to you whether you prefer to work onsite or feel more comfortable working from home. What does an interviewing process generally look like?

Our interviewing processes can differ slightly depending on the department. The three steps that are consistent for every vacancy are a talk with the hiring manager at the beginning, a team interview in the middle, and an elevator interview at a later phase of the process.
