As a UX Researcher at the Instapro Group, you will partner with internal departments to push our user experience forward. For this, you will collect and centralize knowledge, build and execute research plans, analyze data, and leverage contacts through networking. Your role will be strongly involved in ideation processes, ethnographic research, as well as qualitative and quantitative research.
In this role, you will directly work as part of a multidisciplinary team (Engineers, Product managers, Designers), where you will be defining strategies and initiatives as a team. You will also be part of an international UX Team with UX researchers, and UX & Content Designers working from France, the Netherlands and Germany.
Your role includes the following:
You will own and set research objectives as well as create generative and evaluative studies, choosing efficient methodologies (qualitative and/or quantitative) to answer your team’s product and UX research questions
You will build and execute research plans, analyze and synthesize insights and present learnings to the relevant stakeholders in a clear and actionable way they can use to design product improvements
You will document and track learnings gathered through testing and research so insights can easily be referenced and applied in future projects as well as to gain a shared understanding of our user across studies to identify patterns and knowledge gaps
