1. You apply for a job at the Instapro Group: If you apply for a job at the Instapro Group then we process your personal data to facilitate the entire job application procedure. Once the job has been filled, we will remove or anonymise all personal data from the job application from our systems. The retention period may be extended if you provide your consent for the Instapro Group to keep your profile in its talent pool for the Instapro Group to reach out to you about future job opportunities and to otherwise process your personal data in relation to recruitment for job openings at the Instapro Group. We will not use your personal data supplied in the job application for any purpose except to manage our recruitment.
2. We source you through social media platforms: The Instapro Group may search through publicly available resources such as LinkedIn to find candidates that have skills, experience and interests that match with the Instapro Group’s recruitment needs. If the Instapro Group believes that you may be a match with the Instapro Group’s recruitment needs, then the Instapro Group may process your personal data (which we receive depending on the privacy preferences you have set on the social media platforms) for the purpose of reaching out to you and asking for your consent to match you with job opportunities at the Instapro Group and to otherwise process your personal data in relation to recruitment for job openings at the Instapro Group. If consent is required under applicable law to contact you, we will only contact you if you have consented.
3. You are referred by someone: Someone who knows you might refer you to us because that person believes you have skills, experience and interests that match with the Instapro Group’s recruitment needs. Upon receiving your contact details and determining that you are a good match we may reach out to you to ask for your consent to match you with job opportunities at the Instapro Group and to otherwise process your personal data in relation to recruitment for job openings at the Instapro Group. If consent is required under applicable law to contact you, we will only contact you if you have consented.
We rely on various lawful grounds to collect, use and process your personal data; they vary according to the particular use of the personal data. These may include the following (always to the extent permitted by applicable law):

Any personal data that you provide through our job application form or that we collect during the recruitment process including, but not limited to:
contact details: full name, email address, phone number;
picture, cover letter, CV, employment history, salary;
social security number, Tax ID, National ID or equivalent;
payment information;
right to work information, references;
which job you have applied for.
Interview assessments;
Email communications - emails to us from candidates are held in a cloud-based email management system. Emails from candidates to us and replies are retained until we have concluded the conversation, then the email is removed within 1 month.
Withholding personal data in your job application can give you a disadvantage in comparison to other candidates who are applying for the same role.
How we share personal data
The Instapro Group operates internationally which may require us, for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, to share your personal data with entities of the Instapro Group located in countries other than the one you’re applying in. We may also share your personal data with third parties who are required to respect the security of your data and to treat it in accordance with applicable law.
We may share personal data:
in order to carry out the uses of personal data described in this Privacy Policy;
