Meet the teams


The technology teams work in an agile way and are organised in technical 'guilds' to ensure our tech is evolving with the needs of our business while minimising the amount of technical debt. Our engineers are supported in their growth with access to training programmes and coaching, with plenty of challenging opportunities in their day to day work.


Product managers at Instapro are part of empowered, dedicated, cross-functional teams working at eye-level with engineers and UX experts to make sure our efforts meet customer and business needs. Our analysts dive deep into data, validate experiments and help the teams and our leadership to make the best decisions to continuously improve our product.

User Experience (UX)

The UX team shapes how customers interact with our product and strive to truly understand users to offer the most useful and engaging experience possible. They strive to bring user-centred thinking to everything they do - from ideation and research to designing wireframes and prototypes, writing content and testing.

Customer Service

The customer service team provide product information and support to ensure customer satisfaction and a successful experience for our users - both homeowners and tradespeople. The customer service team never stop learning and continually aim to improve our processes. Team members are well-informed, well-trained and use best-in-class tools.


The HR team's mission is to build a working environment that continuously improves employee engagement, belonging, development and retention. The team strives to attract the most suitable and talented people and make sure all employees have the opportunity to develop themselves in a positive company culture.


The marketing team's role is to help the businesses grow by reaching key audiences and demonstrating why they should choose us. The team consists of performance marketing specialists whose focus is on acquiring customers and brand experts who oversee creative and production, and whose objective is to drive awareness and consideration of our products.


​​The finance team are responsible for accounting, reporting and compliance. They are an international and diverse team growing hand in hand with the expansion of the Instapro Group and are an important bridge between the start-up operating entities and our parent company IAC.
