Job description

Drive engagement and shape the future of home services.

Are you ready to make a real impact in a fast-evolving industry? Instapro Group, part of Angi, is looking for a CRM Manager to lead customer engagement strategies across seven international markets—including Europe and Canada—for both sides of our marketplace: tradespeople and homeowners.

You'll take the lead in shaping and executing CRM campaigns that fuel retention, reactivation, and lifetime value. Reporting directly to Angi’s Global CRM Team, you’ll work day-to-day with the Instapro Group Marketing and Product teams—ensuring your campaigns are locally relevant while benefiting from global insight and support.

This is a rare opportunity to steward CRM in a sector undergoing digital transformation—where your ideas and execution can directly shape customer experience and business growth.

Location & Work Style:

This is a remote-first role based in Berlin, Amsterdam, London, or Aix-en-Provence. While you’ll enjoy flexibility, we value in-person connection and host:

  • Monthly in-office meetups

  • Tri-annual off-site gatherings

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and drive the full CRM lifecycle across email, in-app messaging, push notifications, and SMS

  • Design and execute targeted, personalized, and data-driven campaigns across all user touchpoints

  • Create and optimize CRM workflows and templates using Iterable, Taxi for Email, and other tools in our stack

  • Use performance data (via Redshift & Looker) to uncover insights and enhance retention and engagement

  • Partner with Product, UX, Data, and Engineering to bring new CRM initiatives to life

  • Collaborate with Creative and Content to ensure campaigns align with our brand and tone

  • Run A/B and multivariate tests to continuously improve campaign effectiveness

  • Monitor KPIs, share insights, and influence decision-making at all levels

Our CRM Tech Stack:

  • Marketing Automation: Iterable, Zapier

  • Email Design & Testing: Taxi for Email

  • Ideation & Collaboration: Figma, Miro

  • Analytics & Reporting: Redshift, Looker

Job requirements

  • 4–6 years of hands-on CRM experience in a tech or marketplace environment

  • Proven success with lifecycle marketing, segmentation, A/B testing, and journey optimization

  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools like Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Customer.io (Iterable is a strong plus)

  • Good command of HTML/CSS and a strong eye for design and brand consistency

  • Ability to independently solve problems and streamline workflows using AI tools

  • Exceptional collaboration skills and a history of building trust with stakeholders across teams

  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for turning data into action

  • Fluency in English, plus one additional language (German, French, Dutch, or Italian)

Bonus Points (Not Required):

  • Familiarity with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and international email marketing compliance

  • Experience running CRM programs across multiple countries

What does an interviewing process generally look like?

Our interviewing processes can differ slightly depending on the department. The three steps that are consistent for every vacancy are a talk with the hiring manager at the beginning, a team interview in the middle, and an elevator interview at a later phase of the process. The best way to prepare for an elevator interview is to go over our values.
