Instapro, part of Angi Inc., is looking for a Salesforce Engineering Manager with software design, delivery and leadership experience to help us ensure our operations teams, customers, and professionals enjoy the best possible experience with our product. As a Salesforce Engineering Manager, you will lead & mentor a team of engineers, own a significant part of our Sales and Care tooling and influence technical and product decisions. You will collaborate across the organisation with technical and non-technical peers, develop a team that delivers sound technical solutions to challenging problems, champion the team’s impact to the business, and continuously grow as an engineer and a leader.
What you’ll do:
Lead and mentor an innovative team of Salesforce development engineers, Salesforce Administrators and full-stack engineers– developing people as you grow our business and technology
Deliver tooling and solutions, leveraging the Salesforce platform, that enable our Sales and Customer Service teams to support the professionals and home owners that use our product
Partner with passionate Product counterparts to deliver impactful products and continuously evaluate the most effective way to deliver short- and long-term solutions
