Job description

The Instapro Group, a fast-growing international tech company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our finance team. Reporting to our Director of FP&A, you will work with six brands with offices in London, Amsterdam, Berlin, Aix-en-Provence, and Toronto. You will play a crucial role in driving best-in-class financial performance, and collaborate with management and various departments across our global organization, including our NASDAQ-listed parent companies, Angi Inc. and IAC.

Your role includes the following:

  • Forecasting and Analysis:
    • Participate in the company’s P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet forecasting process

    • Manage, maintain, and improve core financial models, ensuring accuracy and relevance

  • Ad Hoc Analytical Assignments:
    • Perform complex ad hoc analytical assignments, demonstrating a proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving

  • Business Performance Assessment:
    • Assess, track, and report business performance against financial, strategic, and operational goals

    • Communicate opportunities and risks in a timely manner, focusing on unit economics and key business metrics

  • Strategic Financial Support:
    • Provide ongoing support to management and departmental teams on key projects, initiatives, and strategic decisions

    • Lead activities related to expense management, capital allocation, industry research, benchmarking, corporate structure, and management and board reports

  • Team Management and Collaboration:
    • Mentor FP&A analyst(s), fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment and a culture of excellence

    • Develop strong relationships across the organization and provide support to other finance functions as needed

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in finance or a quantitative discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in finance and/or business analytics roles, including 2+ years in investment banking or consulting

  • Highly analytical with strong data and business analysis skills

  • Expert in financial statement analysis and modeling

  • Exceptional Excel skills with proficiency in Google Sheets

  • Experience with finance and analytics tools such as Looker, Oracle, Essbase, or equivalents; bonus points for SQL proficiency

  • Proactive problem solver, able to work independently and manage complex projects

  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills

  • Comfortable working in an international and globally distributed team environment

  • Attention to detail

  • Fluency in English

What is our working model?

You need to based in one of our office locations or be willing to relocate to one of them.

We have a hybrid-work model, which means that it’s up to you whether you prefer to work onsite or feel more comfortable working from home. What does an interviewing process generally look like?
