  • Stewarding big strategic opportunities across different teams, including driving an inspiring vision and coordinating required work across adjacent teams

  • Aligning team contributions and product solutions to the company strategy

  • Together with your peers in Engineering (Engineering Manager) and UX (UX Manager) ensuring that your teams can turn that strategy into a concrete product roadmap and execute on it

  • Work closely with business, operations and marketing stakeholders to identify opportunities that can drive revenue growth and improve customer experience.

  • Report on core metrics in the dynamic marketplace

  • Together with your product peers evangelize an evidence-based and experiment-driven culture in our product development department

Job requirements

  • Multi-year experience in working in product management for customer facing products

  • 7+ years of experience in product management

  • 3+ years of experience leading and managing product managers

  • Experience in two-sided marketplaces, ideally B2B2C with deep understanding of marketplace dynamics

  • Proven track record in delivering customer value which drives growth

  • Attention to detail and ability to switch from the managerial plane to stepping in when needed

  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex technical challenges.

  • Strong communicator able to translate complex metrics and dynamics into comprehensible story-telling

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, both in written and oral form; which enables you to work well in our distributed and hybrid organisational setup with emphasis on a-synchronous information flows
