Job description

Open in all locations: France, Germany, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom

The Instapro Group, a fast-growing international tech company, is seeking a highly skilled Manager of FP&A to join our finance team. With offices in London, Amsterdam, Aix-en-Provence, and Berlin, you will report to the VP of FP&A and play a crucial role in driving best-in-class financial performance, collaborating with senior management and various departments across our international organisation.

You role incudes the following:

  • Forecasting and Analysis:
    • Participate in the company’s P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet forecasting process

    • Manage, maintain, and improve core financial models, ensuring accuracy and relevance

  • Ad Hoc Analytical Assignments:
    • Perform frequent and complex ad hoc analytical assignments, demonstrating a proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving

  • Business Performance Assessment:
    • Assess, track, and report business performance against financial, strategic, and operational goals

    • Communicate opportunities and risks in a timely manner, focusing on unit economics and key business metrics

  • Finance Team Support and Collaboration:
    • Provide ongoing support to the FP&A / overall finance team senior management on key projects, initiatives, and strategic decisions

    • Develop strong relationships across the organisation and provide support to other functions as needed

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, preferably in Finance or a quantitative discipline

  • 3+ years of experience in finance roles, with preferably 1+ years in investment banking or consulting

  • Highly analytical with strong data and business analysis skills

  • Proficient in financial statement analysis and modelling; excellent Excel and / or Google Sheets proficiency required

  • Proactive problem solver, able to work independently

  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills

  • Comfortable working in an internationally distributed team environment

  • Attention to detail and an innate desire to get things right

  • Fluent English

You need to based in one of our office locations or be willing to relocate to one of them.

We have a hybrid-work model, which means that it’s up to you whether you prefer to work onsite or feel more comfortable working from home.
