The Instapro Group, a fast-growing international tech company, is seeking a highly skilled Manager of FP&A to join our finance team. With offices in London, Amsterdam, Aix-en-Provence, and Berlin, you will report to the VP of FP&A and play a crucial role in driving best-in-class financial performance, collaborating with senior management and various departments across our international organisation.

You role incudes the following:
Participate in the company’s P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet forecasting process
Manage, maintain, and improve core financial models, ensuring accuracy and relevance
Perform frequent and complex ad hoc analytical assignments, demonstrating a proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving
Assess, track, and report business performance against financial, strategic, and operational goals
Communicate opportunities and risks in a timely manner, focusing on unit economics and key business metrics
Provide ongoing support to the FP&A / overall finance team senior management on key projects, initiatives, and strategic decisions
Develop strong relationships across the organisation and provide support to other functions as needed
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, preferably in Finance or a quantitative discipline
3+ years of experience in finance roles, with preferably 1+ years in investment banking or consulting
Highly analytical with strong data and business analysis skills
Proficient in financial statement analysis and modelling; excellent Excel and / or Google Sheets proficiency required
Proactive problem solver, able to work independently
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
Comfortable working in an internationally distributed team environment
Attention to detail and an innate desire to get things right
Fluent English
