Over de functie:
Je maakt deel uit van een gemotiveerd, multidisciplinair team dat zich richt op het waarborgen van topservice en optimale gebruikerservaringen. Met een flexibele hybride werkomgeving heb je de perfecte balans tussen thuiswerken en werken op kantoor.
Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:
Klantbetrokkenheid: Bel platform gebruikers om feedback te verzamelen en onze service te verbeteren.
Onboarding-ondersteuning: Leid nieuwe klanten door het platform, verzamel documenten en bied telefonische ondersteuning.
Klantenservice: Behandel vragen via meerdere kanalen (telefoon, e-mail, chat) met professionaliteit en efficiëntie.
CRM-beheer: Beheer en werk klantgegevens bij in Salesforce, zorg ervoor dat alles accuraat en tijdig wordt afgehandeld.
Procesverbetering: Geef feedback over klantenserviceprocessen om de efficiëntie en effectiviteit te verbeteren.
Wat we zoeken:
Ervaring: Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in klantenservice of sales, bij voorkeur telefonisch.
Vaardigheden: Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels (zowel schriftelijk als mondeling), sterke communicatie- en organisatorische vaardigheden.
Technisch inzicht: Bekendheid met CRM-tools (Salesforce) en Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Kenmerken: Klantgericht, proactief, stressbestendig en een teamspeler.

We have a hybrid-work model, which means that it’s up to you whether you prefer to work onsite or feel more comfortable working from home. Our interviewing processes can differ slightly depending on the department.
