As the Paid Search Marketing Manager for the Netherlands market, you will play a key role in driving growth and profitability through expertly managed paid search campaigns. You will have the opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives, shaping how we connect with both sides of our marketplace—homeowners and tradespeople. Within the paid search team, we are committed to consistently improving performance while exploring new opportunities to innovate and expand.
Reporting directly to the Performance Marketing Lead, your responsibilities will include:
Owning the day-to-day management and optimization of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, ensuring they deliver maximum profitability.
Conducting in-depth keyword research, running ad copy tests, and analyzing performance to continually improve profitability and ROI.
Partnering with our Product and Analytics teams to implement advanced tracking, reporting, and actionable insights.
Collaborating with the Creative team to produce compelling and effective ad assets that resonate with our target audience.
Staying ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends, testing new strategies, and exploring untapped opportunities for paid search growth.
