As the Paid Search Marketing Manager for the Netherlands market, you will play a key role in driving growth and profitability through expertly managed paid search campaigns. You will have the opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives, shaping how we connect with both sides of our marketplace—homeowners and tradespeople. Within the paid search team, we are committed to consistently improving performance while exploring new opportunities to innovate and expand.

Reporting directly to the Performance Marketing Lead, your responsibilities will include:

  • Owning the day-to-day management and optimization of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, ensuring they deliver maximum profitability.

  • Conducting in-depth keyword research, running ad copy tests, and analyzing performance to continually improve profitability and ROI.

  • Partnering with our Product and Analytics teams to implement advanced tracking, reporting, and actionable insights.

  • Collaborating with the Creative team to produce compelling and effective ad assets that resonate with our target audience.

  • Staying ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends, testing new strategies, and exploring untapped opportunities for paid search growth.

This role gives you the chance to make a real impact while working in an environment that encourages innovation and data-driven experimentation. Your contributions will directly shape the success of our paid marketing efforts in a key European market.

Job requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in Paid Search Marketing, specifically with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.

  • Experience with budget management, bid optimisation, and performance tracking.

  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with display or video advertising as a supplementary skill.

  • Experience with marketplace management

  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.

You need to be based in one of our office locations or be willing to relocate to one of them.

What does an interviewing process generally look like?

Our interviewing processes can differ slightly depending on the department. The three steps that are consistent for every vacancy are a talk with the hiring manager at the beginning, a team interview in the middle, and an elevator interview at a later phase of the process.
