We are seeking a talented Senior Analyst to join our Commercial & Analytics team and drive strategic marketplace & pricing decisions that optimise value for our customers.
As a Senior Analyst for our two-sided marketplace product, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketplace strategy and maximizing revenue growth. You will lead the development of pricing models & marketplace/revenue initiatives, and partner closely with teams across the organisation to ensure successful execution. Your ability to blend quantitative analysis with strategic thinking will be instrumental in achieving our business objectives.
This role reports into the Strategic Analytics Lead, Commercial and Analytics Team, which operates across all brands and geographies. The role can be based out of any of our 4 office locations: Aix-en-Provence, Amsterdam, Berlin and London.
Your role includes the following:
Develop, assess & refine initiatives to drive revenue/gross margin optimisation, marketplace balance, and customer LTV
Support new market expansion by conducting thorough gap analyses, developing pricing framework, devising innovative campaigns and continuously monitoring performance to enhance marketplace balance and optimise unit economics
Engage in the complete lifecycle of projects, utilising quantitative methods for aligned decisions and seamless execution across cross-functional teams
Formulate A/B test frameworks to discern the impact of adjustments/new initiatives on marketplace & other business metrics
Partner with Product, Marketing, Customer Support and other key functions to integrate intricate market trends, customer segmentation insights, and competitive landscapes into problem solving
Use data analytics to identify performance trends, evaluate the effectiveness of strategies, and identify areas for optimisation & improvement
Develop and deliver clear, actionable recommendations to senior leadership, accompanied by data-driven insights and rationale
Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging pricing trends, and technological advancements to continuously improve marketplace growth
