We are seeking a talented Senior Analyst to join our Commercial & Analytics team and drive strategic marketplace & pricing decisions that optimise value for our customers.
As a Senior Analyst for our two-sided marketplace product, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketplace strategy and maximizing revenue growth. You will lead the development of pricing models & marketplace/revenue initiatives, and partner closely with teams across the organization to ensure successful execution. Your ability to blend quantitative analysis with strategic thinking will be instrumental in achieving our business objectives.
This role reports into the Strategic Analytics Lead, Commercial and Analytics Team, which operates across all brands and geographies. The role can be based out of any of our 4 office locations: Aix-en-Provence, Amsterdam, Berlin and London.
Your role includes the following:
Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
Collaborate with broader marketing teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive revenue/LTV growth and market expansion
Develop and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) that guide marketplace health
Formulate A/B test frameworks to discern the impact of adjustments/new initiatives on marketplace & other business metrics
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and overall analytical capabilities. Leverage advanced analytical tools and technologies to optimize workflows
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment of commercial strategies with overall business objectives
Develop and deliver clear, actionable recommendations to senior leadership, accompanied by data-driven insights and rationale
Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging pricing trends, and technological advancements to continuously improve marketplace growth
