Hi from the Instapro Group 👋🏼

We're the technology company behind a home services revolution. Our mission is to help tradespeople get the work they want and homeowners hire the tradespeople they need.

At Instapro, every team member’s perspective and experience advances our mission. We are committed to creating a workplace that reflects the communities we serve. We work hard to mitigate biases in our recruitment process and foster a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Job description

Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in driving customer engagement and retention in an innovative and largely untapped industry? As a Senior CRM Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping the CRM strategy for both sides of our marketplace: tradespeople and homeowners.

Reporting directly to the Head of CRM, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Marketing and Product to execute, measure, and optimise impactful CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging. With Instapro Group operating across seven markets in Europe and Canada, this is a unique opportunity to make your mark in transforming an industry that is yet to be fully digitised.

Location:
Can be based in Berlin, Amsterdam, London, or Aix-en-Provence. While we embrace the flexibility of remote work, we also value connection and community. We require you to join us in the office for monthly events and tri-annual off-sites.

Our CRM Stack includes:

  • Marketing Automation: Iterable & Zapier

  • Template creation: Taxi for Email

  • Ideation: Figma & Miro

  • Reporting & Analytics: Redshift & Looker

Your role includes:

  • Overseeing multi-channel CRM campaigns (email and push channels) from planning to execution and optimisation, including template creation, workflow building, and testing.

  • Developing a comprehensive CRM strategy to achieve seamless customer lifecycle management.

  • Segmenting and personalising automated and ad-hoc campaigns.

  • Tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product, data engineering, UX, operations, brand marketing, and analytics to enable new campaigns.

Job requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in CRM within tech or marketplace environments.

  • Proficiency in template creation, journey building, segmentation, and a proven track-record of applying email best practices.

  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Familiarity with Iterable is a strong plus.

  • Expertise in A/B testing and campaign optimization.

  • HTML/CSS skills and an eye for email design.

  • Ability to leverage AI tools to build automations, solve problems, and achieve goals independently and efficiently.

  • Knowledge of common marketing tracking practices.

  • Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships independently.

  • Comfortable working in a remote-first environment across multiple offices in Europe and Canada.

  • Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset, with the ability to turn data insights into actionable plans.

  • Professional proficiency in English and at least one additional language: German, French, Dutch, or Italian.

Additional “nice to have” skills, but not a requirement to apply:

Experience in email marketing in multiple jurisdictions and working knowledge of GDPR and CAN-SPAM

What does an interviewing process generally look like?

Our interviewing processes can differ slightly depending on the department. The best way to prepare for an elevator interview is to go over our values.
