This is a great opportunity for a driven, analytical professional to make an impact at a growing international tech company and help drive the business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forecasting and Analysis:

    • Oversee the company’s P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet forecasting process

    • Manage, maintain, and improve core financial models, ensuring accuracy and relevance

    • Design more efficient, automated processes, and uphold best practices

  • Ad Hoc Analytical Assignments:

    • Lead frequent and complex ad hoc analytical assignments, demonstrating a data-driven approach to problem-solving

  • Business Performance Assessment:

    • Proactively assess, track, and report business performance against financial, strategic, and operational goals

    • Analyse and digest financial information and KPIs to provide meaningful and actionable insights to the senior leadership team and other key stakeholders

  • Strategic Financial Support:

    • Provide ongoing support to senior management and departmental teams on key projects, initiatives, and strategic decisions

    • Drive disciplined cost management by identifying opportunities to optimise spend, reduce overhead, and improve operational efficiency

  • Team Management and Collaboration:

    • Manage and develop a high-performing team of finance professionals through mentorship, coaching, and honest feedback to ensure professional development

    • Develop strong relationships across the organisation, both domestic and international, provide support to other departments as needed, and foster financial literacy across the company

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, preferably in finance or other quantitative discipline

  • 10+ years of finance experience, including 2+ years in investment banking or consulting and 4+ years in FP&A or commercial finance

  • Experience managing junior finance professionals, able to work and manage complex projects with minimal direct supervision

  • Excellent Excel and Google Sheets proficiency required

  • Familiarity with analytical tools (Looker) and financial systems (Essbase, PBCS) is a plus

  • Attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to getting the numbers right

  • Evidence-based, highly analytical and metrics-driven with the ability to think deeply about business problems, break down issues, and present clear solutions

  • A willingness to work hard, dive into the details, and work side-by-side with team members to get things done; not just a leader but a doer

  • A high degree of business maturity and ability to communicate effectively to senior management levels; excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills

  • Comfortable working in an internationally distributed, remote-first team environment

  • Fluent English (verbal and written)

What does an interviewing process generally look like?

Our interviewing processes can differ slightly depending on the department. The best way to prepare for an elevator interview is to go over our values.
