Job description

Open in all locations: France, Germany, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team at Instapro Group. In this role, you will be the primary recruiter for Marketing, Finance, and Design roles across all our locations in Amsterdam, Berlin, Aix-en-Provence, London and Toronto.

Your role includes the following:

  • Partnering with hiring managers; creating and executing an effective hiring strategy

  • Sourcing potential candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms

  • Managing the full recruitment cycle for organic and sourced candidates

  • Ensuring a great recruitment experience for the candidates and the hiring team

  • Participating in crucial decisions about candidates

  • Helping identify areas of improvement in the hiring process

  • Using our ATS (Recruitee) effectively

  • Helping build a strong employer brand (both online and offline)


Job requirements

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills. You can build trust with both candidates and managers quickly

  • You have 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in Marketing/Design/Finance roles

    • experience hiring Legal and HR roles is a plus

  • You are well-versed in sourcing candidates on LinkedIn

  • You have experience in independently partnering with hiring managers and communicating across all levels of the organisation

  • You understand that recruitment is not about how many screenings you do but about managing the entire recruitment process effectively and helping us to hire the best possible candidate for each role

  • You understand the importance of creating memorable candidate experiences

  • You have strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)

  • You have a working knowledge of ATS systems (we use Recruitee)

You need to be based in one of our office locations or be willing to relocate to one of them.

What does an interviewing process generally look like?
