Instapro Group operates market-leading brands in France (Travaux.com), Italy (instapro.it), the Netherlands (Werkspot.nl), Germany (MyHammer.de), and Austria (MyHammer.at). We also work closely together with our brand in the United Kingdom (Mybuilder.com). We are part of IAC / ANGI Home Services.

Across all our countries, every month more than 250,000 homeowners are looking for one of the 60,000 active tradespeople in our network to get jobs done in their houses. We are proud to see these numbers grow every day.

We want to continue to grow and further consolidate our market position. We are thus actively searching for an SEO Specialist. We are looking for a person who can contribute to our SEO and content strategy, address SEO opportunities, and create appealing and SEO friendly content. The ideal candidate is a Junior SEO that likes working within a team, has an eye for detail and a hands-on mentality. You will be working in a team of 5 SEO Specialists, reporting to the SEO Manager.


Your role includes the following:

  • Work closely with other SEO Specialists from our other markets to improve our organic performance collaboratively
  • Identify SEO shortcomings/opportunities through data and insights and translate into strategy
  • Monitor SEO performance and other business metrics, identify fluctuations in time
  • Collaborate with Product to ensure correct implementation and making sure that projects align with our wider SEO objectives
  • Manage external content partners: write briefings, coordinate and review content publishing
  • Edit / publish editorial content and guard quality, brand and SEO value
  • Run ongoing audits and make sure that our platform is technically optimized
  • Research, monitor and analyze competitor strategies to inform strategic initiatives

Job requirements

  • Native level English language skills are required

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a digital marketing environment, ideally with marketplaces, B2C services and/or local SEO

  • Track record of deploying data-driven SEO strategies that have tangibly improved organic search performance

  • Experience in developing partner relationships

  • Data and evidence driven: you base your strategy objectively on existing or proven data

  • In-depth experience with website & analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Majestic, Google Search Console, Looker Studio)

  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO

  • Experience working with stakeholders in order to solve SEO and user experience related challenges

  • Experience working in or alongside Digital PR is preferable

  • Collaborative by nature with strong communication skills

  • A hands-on and can do mentality with eagerness to learn and grow

  • Proactive and thinking out of the box mentality

  • Bonus points if you speak Italian

What is our working model?

You need to based in one of our office locations or be willing to relocate to one of them.

We have a hybrid-work model, which means that it’s up to you whether you prefer to work onsite or feel more comfortable working from home. What does an interviewing process generally look like?

Our interviewing processes can differ slightly depending on the department. The three steps that are consistent for every vacancy are a talk with the hiring manager at the beginning, a team interview in the middle, and an elevator interview at a later phase of the process.
