Job description

As a Junior HR Generalist at Instapro Group in London, UK, you will manage our office and organise company social events and provide first-line HR support to our employees.

As part of an international HR team, you will have the opportunity to work with colleagues from France, the Netherlands, Germany and Canada, who share the same goal: to create the best possible experience for our employees and help enable them to achieve the group’s mission.

This is a part-time (3 days per week) office based position at our modern workspace in Clerkenwell, central London.

Your role includes the following:

  • Organise engaging office social events and coordinate company events when colleagues visit from other offices.

  • Oversee office operations: process mail and parcels, maintain office appearance, restock supplies, manage vendors, manage office-related communications etc.

  • Be the main point of contact for the building manager and concierge.

  • First point of contact for basic HR enquiries relating to our HR policies, procedures and benefits.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

  • Assist other members of the HR team by providing administrative support; drafting paperwork related to employee lifecycle changes; and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

  • Coordinate and support employee onboarding activities, ensuring new hires are set up for success.

Job requirements

  • Previous experience in an office/events management or HR role.

  • Organised, detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.

  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Hands on, energetic and passionate about creating an exceptional workplace experience.

  • Strong empathy and high emotional intelligence; able to build strong relationships with management and employees.

  • Able & willing to come to the London office 3x per week

You need to be based in one of our office locations or be willing to relocate to one of them.

We have a hybrid-work model, which means that it’s up to you whether you prefer to work onsite or feel more comfortable working from home.
